Baba in Bangalore between August 1939 and early1940. Padri had asked Baba to pose, wanting to take a profile shot. Baba agreed. At the time Baba gestured that this picture would come out very fine. Padri decided to take another shot and took this photo, which he considered this to be his finest photograph of Baba.
